I moved to Aspen in 1974 shorly after  getting my MA in Political Philosophy from Boston College. My intention was to write a philosophical book . My ongoing explorations into health and hedonism have led me to this point in time, and a much higher consciousness. The book is still coming, I am just not finished learning.
I have had the good fortune to travel extensivly and have great adventures, including climbing Denali and Mont Blanc, white water rafting the Yangtze River in China, coast to coast biking, hiking and kayaking in Costa Rica and more. My greatest adventures are ahead of me.
I have a beautiful 16 year old daughter and a 2.5 year old son. I am actively seeking to integrate spirituality into all aspects of my life.
I reached a point several years ago where making money without some contribution to us was no longer of interest. I recently found my calling and a new found optimum health and happiness.
I am blessed.
